Nothing to blog about so how about that new gear I just made.  It's a lot better then that coatee stuff, but I still hate it, can't wait until they come out with all the "AF" stuff for crafting.

Hangout

Finally had some good quality time with my friends today, we hung out almost the entire day.  Started with totorok and we all got enough seals to cap our ranks, woot.  After words we went to the spot to try and craft a little bit but kept getting distracted by some annoying RPers.

Then we did some google+ hangouts, it was pretty cool, I've been bummed out that I can't facetime with my android, but we are all good now with google+.  After all our phones turned into mini radio active heat sources we decided to give them a break and really concentrate on crafting.  Got ARM to 42, and pat got a ton of his crafts leveled on the low stuff, not sure what tai did, but I'm sure it was something important.

Maze of Shpokami

First time visiting the dungeon zone of Shposhae.  It was pretty cool, I wish it was something I had when I was around the level to first explore it, I would have been in there all the time.  With how cool it was I found it strange that we only ran into a couple people.

Me and my best buds hung out, killed all the NMs and got the achievement for it, good times, I love my new eye patch.

Bot Abuse

So I kind of get a kick out of taking advantage of people who are botting..SE is to greedy to ban them, so really I have no choice.  It seems a disturbingly large amount of people who bot also do so while seeking for repairs.  Now everytime they do an action it has a chance to break one of there items so I've been exploiting this by continually repairing there gear and taking all their matter and gil.  People are idiots.  This is one of them.

New LS

Crash and I decided to make a new gay social LS, we had one back on ffxi that was kind of popular in the beginning.  If anyone who reads this wants to join send one of us a /tell.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

Holy crap did that really just happen?!  I just repaired an item for 11 million gil.  So thank you mysterious stranger for being either incredibly stupid or incredibly generous, my future in crafting looks so much brighter now.

Glitchy Glitches

I don't know why I'm blogging about this, random glitch that happens to me all the time cause of the scar on my face.  Whenever they finally let us remake our characters I'm staying far far away from scars.  I had to call a GM today, first time, I got stuck talking to an NPC, couldn't  move, couldn't log off, couldn't emote =( ,but luckly I could zoom my camera in and out.

The New New Spot

That damn NPC Alfgar had to ruin everything with his stupid chat spam.  Tai and I finally had enough of his crap so we ventured out to find a new crafting spot.  I have to say, I'm glad we did, I like it so much better.

Moogle NMs

Finally got my pre req done for the moogle fight.  Nice little pick up shout, the NMs were cake it was just all the little sprigan adds that made stuff difficult.

Progress Report

Ever since I dropped my linkshell I've been so much more productive.  That role playing crap really wore me out with all the running around and doing nothing.

I've been gathering and crafting my ass off, first I got every craft to 30, except for cooking(which is staying at 20).  So now I'm pressing on to try and get them all to 40.   I would gather more but I never have any leves cause I spend them everyday.

Anyway not that interested in DoW jobs, I just don't find it that fun anymore without a LS, well here's a screenshot from lodestone with my jobs.

Machina

Just a quick quest for some seals, seen a shout in LL and decided to tag along.  The people I went with were pretty nervous about it so I thought it would be hard.  Luckly for them they had a super WHM and we did just fine, wasn't even remotely hard.

Tales of the Land

Just finished a pretty big achievement "Tales of the Land".   It required that I finish all the quest story lines of Fishing, Botany, and Mining.  Got a nifty little title for my hard work, well it wasn't really hard, just a lot of running around.

Lord Cono

Just another douchebag that I want to give a shout out to.  He was asking for someone to affix some materia, so I melded his polearm and pants and he didn't give me anything for it.  Payment wasn't discussed before hand but it just seems like common courtesy to give something or to at least ask how much.  I would have said free if he did ask but he didn't...and that wasn't even the the bad part, after I gave him his items back he just ran away without even a thank you.  Rude!

I noticed he's a very new player but I will be avoiding him in the future.

Minor thing, and I'm sure other people have gotten much higher then me, but so far this is the highest exp that I've gotten from a single synth.  I really love the new crafting system it's so much better.

Anna Volfield

I don't usually rant about people but this chick is a bitch and a half.  I was having fun in the new LS but I just couldn't stay with her being a leader, everything about her rubs me the wrong way.  She bots her crafts, she is super mean, and shes an idiot to boot.

We had an argument once over crafting, she was actually gloating about botting, so I told her that crafting the "Real" way instead of botting will get her more exp faster and she went off.

There was another time she was getting all depressed on the game, so I sided with her, told her I understood and she unleashed a torrent of bullshit that just contradicted everything she was saying just for the sake of arguing.  She's also one of those people that feel justified in treating people like shit by claiming "but I'm just telling the truth".  Hate people like that so bad.  I wouldn't put it past her to go up to a crying little kid and call him a fat and ugly loser...but I'm just telling the truth, go to hell anna

Shes such a fucking idiot too, she constantly gloats about having all jobs at 50, yet she claims she's always poor and can't figure out how to make gil...I know this a small one but jesus, gil is super easy to make and you would think someone with so much experience could figure it out.

Anyway she just drives me up the wall I hope she dies in a fire.

I'm Too Easy

I don't really like the direction that this game is headed in.  Everyone is power leveling(including me /shamed) and there are so many bots and just RMT everywhere.  I don't know, to me it makes the game cheap, everything is so easy, from making gil to leveling, even the current end game content can be done with little effort.

I know it's a lot to ask for but I wish I could feel the magic that I got from FFXI, the astounding sense of accomplishment from things like CoP and getting my first job to 75.  Things that took months of effort and planning, honestly I feel like even my cat could play FFXIV and probably better then me, it's just that easy.

Everyone keeps reassuring me that 2.0 will bring everything that is lacking and change the entire game.  From the notes that I've read I'm trying to stay hopeful, but I will say this though, if SE doesn't deliver everything and more of what they promised when 2.0 comes out I will delete my character and never look back.  Anyway screenshot of mass RMT leve leveling in cedarwood.
